Collection Si-Si

Si-Si is a collection of professional chairs for cafés and restaurants by the Italian brand S•CAB, designed for use in restaurants, cafés and on outdoor terraces. A single Ø 20 mm galvanised steel frame is combined with different seat and backrest configurations, creating a versatile solution for both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Si-Si collection is designed for hospitality projects where the same chair may need to work indoors and outdoors, withstand intensive use and adapt to different interior concepts without changing furniture families. The system is based on a common metal frame combined with different seat and backrest versions, giving each model a distinct character.

The name Si-Si reflects the construction concept of the collection: the same sheet-steel element is used to form both the seat and the backrest — essentially the same module repeated twice.

Si-Si collection versions

Si-Si — the basic version with a smooth surface and clean geometry. A versatile solution for cafés and restaurants where a neutral, contemporary aesthetic is required.

Si-Si Barcode — a version with vertical slots that create a rhythmic graphic effect. It works particularly well in concept-driven spaces and outdoor areas where furniture becomes an active part of the design.

Si-Si Dots — a perforated surface with a dotted pattern that visually lightens the chair. This makes it particularly suitable for compact terraces and smaller dining areas.

Si-Si Wood — a version with solid sapelli wood slats with FSC® certification. The combination of metal and wood creates a warmer visual character and works well in contemporary restaurant interiors and terrace settings.

Si-Si Bold — an upholstered version intended primarily for indoor spaces and restaurants where a higher level of seating comfort is required.

Si-Si Vibes — a contemporary technopolymer version that expands the collection with a solution suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.

Materials and construction

The collection is built around a Ø 20 mm tubular steel frame. Depending on the model, the seat and backrest can be made from steel, wood or technopolymer, or complemented with upholstery, allowing the same design language to be used across different functional areas of a venue.

The outdoor versions are designed for restaurant and hotel terraces, while the upholstered variants allow the same aesthetic concept to continue into interior spaces.
