At the core of the restaurant’s identity is the crane — a Japanese symbol of peace, longevity, and good fortune. Upon entry, guests are greeted by a striking mosaic of the bird, framed by feather-like panels that extend from floor to ceiling. This motif sets a serene and elegant tone that carries throughout the space.
The interior is a masterful balance of history and innovation. Authentic 19th-century Japanese woodblock prints adorn the walls, while the ceiling of the private dining room shimmers with hand-applied gold leaf. Vintage doors lead to secluded rooms that evoke intimacy and exclusivity.
